Zip not paring

Zip not pairing after update to my Samsung Moto G6. Worked fine for many years until recent update to my phone. I also tried replacing battery. Tried looking in settings etc.

Is the Zip still connected to your Fitbit account @wejepowers?

Since the user does not do the actual pairing, and the Fitbit app, at least for Android, iOS, and win phones does not need the Zip to be paired to do a sync. May I ask what is not happening?
