Zip not syncing PT2

What is Fitbit doing to fix this problem with the syncing? Yes, I did take the battery out to reset it and it was good for one download and back to not working. Uninstalled my zip from the page and phone etc. Anyway, any feedback from Fitbit would be helpful.
