Bluetooth is on and shows connected to zip but when trying to sync, says tracker not found?

@Baloney I'd suggest you restart your Zip tracker by following the steps provided at How do I restart my tracker? and then please make sure you follow the steps here I can't sync my tracker.

I want to transfer steps data from my fitbit to my computer. It is not syncing.
