Zip not waking up

I noticed that my zip is not waking up when tapped. I tried changing batteries and out in a new one. This is a fairly new zip and I am frustrated that it I am. It able to tap to see my steps. It does seem that it is still recovering then the last time I checked.

Hi there @Suzysweetbee welcome to the Community! Smiley HappySounds too bad that your Fitbit Zip is not displaying the data as it should even after you replaced the battery. So let me suggest you something, please get in touch with Fitbit Support, they will take a look into your account and choose the best option to get you back on track. Robot Very Happy
