Zip says battery low after 6-7 days

I bought a Zip because my ONE finally stopped.  I would never recommend it to anyone.  The battery low icon starts flashing after 6-7 days.  I had the batteries checked and they were fine!  So I end up just taking the battery out and putting it back in, then it works ..... only after erasing all data inside from that day so far.

I am not happy with this product at all.
