Zip showing 0.7 miles and 10,208 steps...the 0.7 miles is accurate

Not sure what is going on with the Zip this morning. I did have trouble getting it to sync after 5:21 last night so I rebooted it this morning. It is showing 10,208 steps, but only 0.7 miles. The 0.7 miles is likely accurate, I didn't walk this morning. Looking at yesterday's steps, they might be a little short, but hard to tell. I took the Zip off around 6pm last night and switched to my Flex2 for the rest of the night.
