Zip stopped synching with iPhone 6 and iPad

This past week, my iPhone and iPad have stopped recognizing my Fitbit zip. The Bluetooth can not find the Zip. I had tried troubleshooting this on my phone the most. I have rebooted the phone, able/disabled Bluetooth, and rebooted the Zip.  To me, this seems like a problem  with the Zip, but you may be a different idea.

My questions:

What suggestions do you have?

Has anyone else had this had  this happen?

same problem, same  iphon6, and happened last week and I did all the stuff and somehow managed to sync it last on 8/11, but not again today.

My zips lady sync was 8/10🥴nothing I do helps .

so upset !
