I did a six mile walk this morning and the Zip worked perfectly. However, it’s stopped tracking activity and the Zip only shows the time of the day. Battery is only two weeks old and all updates have been taken. Please advise. Thanks.

@ram1946 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Zip stopped recording your steps and it is only showing the time. Try restarting it and also pull the metal tabs to the outside so the battery is properly secured.
