Did you mean:

Zip will not count steps

I have had on and off problems syncing my Zip for a long time.  I also have an Alta HR, which is not problem to sync at all.

I could not sync my Zip the other day.  It was not being recognized at all.  I removed battery and reset unit.  This usually works.  When it came back on, time was wrong and everything else was "0".  I was able to sync it.  The time corrected and the smiley is there, but it will not count steps at all.

In trying to find a solution, I found that it seems to be "toast."  I am very disappointed to find that this tracker has been discontinued.  My first Fitbit was the One.  I LOVED it.  Unfortunately, I lost it and replaced it with a Zip.  This was LESS than 2 years ago.

The one feature I really liked on the One was the "floors climbed."  The Zip doesn't have this and neither does the Alta HR, which now is also discontinued.

Just needed to vent.

My Zip counts the wrong steps.

I've had a Zip for years.  I wear it religiously.

It has never counted the correct steps.

I brought this to "your" attention 1+ years ago--and stopped getting weekly updates.

Well, I just started re-getting weekly updates--and they are still wrong.

Could you be monitoring someone else?

What should I do?
