Zip won't connect to Trainerize and can't update profile or background photo

I've tried for an hour to connect my Zip with the Trainerize app and it's just not connecting or even recognizing Trainerize. Also, I've tried numerous times just to update my profile photo and background photo but it does nothing. What is up with Fitbit? This is really bad.
