How do I connect my fitbit zip to my phone? Please any help.... this is driving me crazy

Hi @Georgie-Rae  see if anything in this article helps - click to read. Things have changed along the way and you must use a compatible mobile device or tablet to set up and sync your Zip. We can't use the computer anymore.

Hi @Odyssey13, I found a way but now having problems connecting to my zip hoping that article helps with this situation now

@Georgie-Raehow's it going? You said you had found a way and now I'm curious. As long as your smartphone is compatible, you should be able to connect, but don't forget that often restarting the Zip by removing the battery can help.
