Zip won't sync. Dongle plugged in. Fitbit connect won't open. Tried turning on and off bluetooth but that did nothing. You need to be able to sync from the dashboard. I like the zip size but your sync mechanism is terrible. Frustrated beyond belief. It occasionally updates with no apparent rhyme or reason and usually immediately after i complain on the forum. Hmm> Fix this mess.
