I can’t get my zip to sync since yesterday afternoon. Anyone else having this problem? I have turned my phone off and then back on and deleted and reinstalled the app. Thanks in advance!

I see the moderator editing the subject to clarify...do we know why no one from FitBit is answering these questions? Do the moderators have any pull or any way to contact FitBit and ask them?
