Zip won't sync to Samsung Galaxy 10!

I have read what you have said to do on this site and my zip still won't sync.  Upon calling Fitbit, the Fitbit rep. Said that the Samsung Galaxy 10 isn't compatible w the Fitbit yet.  When will it be?

Unfortunately, fitbit don't give us any planned dates. All we can do is keep an eye on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices 

 

Do you have access to another device you could use for now (computer, tablet...)?
