Zip wont sync with my new Galaxy S10

Looks like I am not alone with regard to this issue. Just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S10 phone and now my Fitbit Zip will not sync so I can get the data. Bluetooth recognizes that it is there, but gives me the error message of "Can't pair. Check settings for this device and try again." I tried some of the suggestions in the forum to no avail. I am not going to take the battery out everyday to make it work. Total pain. I have my zip in a case and the battery cover is a pain to take off and on with the little plastic tool. Sounds like Fitbit needs to make a firmware update. I am also like other people. I like the Zip as I can just put in my pocket or wherever other than on my wrist. I don't want or need another watch.

Same problem here.  I have been a Fitbit zip user since Jan 2 of 2013.  I have told hundreds of people its praises.  Now I am frustrated.
