@craizychemist Thanks for joining the Fitbit family! The belt clip of the Fitbit Zip should not accidentally slide off. It should clip securely on your shirt pocket, bra, pants pocket, belt, or waistband.
Do you still have the silicone holder? Is the clip broken?

@craizychemist Thanks for your reply! How are you wearing your Zip? I recommend wearing it in a different place than the one you were using when it slipped off. The pants pocket is a great place to wear it and you don't need to clip it there.
When I had my Zip I tried using it inside my pocket and it worked fine! You could try that to check if that works for you.
