is there anyway i can add body measurements to the fitbit app on my android device?

Welcome to the Community @rae1992! At the moment is not possible to add measurements in the Fitbit app or on the Online Dashboard.

 

However, if you would like to keep track of your measurements take a look to the compatible apps with your Fitbit tracker. Just keep in mind that this will not be displayed on your Fitbit account.
