Can someone help me, I have scrolled through many a post, and tried a few things and ready to return it. A few issues. The steps seem to reset themselves whenever it feels like it, not midnight; it can be a few times a day. Also, time won't sync. Have gone to settings on dash and checked right time zone, have an imac sierra 10.12.3. I have dongle inserted in usb and tried different ports; have fitbit zip connect icon on dashboard and when i click on it it does nothing, right click also not bringing anything up. hopefully something simple and obvious that i have missed? I have also checked blue tooth and it does not recognise fitbit?

Have you removed the battery and reinserted it?
Also make sure you insert it the correct way

Hi yes done that, but it did not reset anything.
Again it had not reset at midnight, and won't sync.
Also footsteps are not accurate, it just seems to add them or subtract just watching it and not moving?
Over this device now, is it possible to get refund? Seems like a pretty constant issue, wish i had looked more into this before I bought, total waste of money. The battery must still be viable, as it is only a few weeks since purchase. Thanks Jane
