Hello, I completed 20,000 steps on Monday, July 25th and have not seen the badge for this. I thought the badges were awarded quickly. I have an Android phone, and I just completed the update.

Is this the first time you have got 20,000 steps in a day? You only get notified the first time you get a badge. You can check all your badges at https://www.fitbit.com/badges/all  If you hover your mouse over the "High Tops" badge you can see when you last got it.

If it doesn't show and you were not awarded the badge then could it be that not all your 20,000 steps were directly tracked by your Zip? Any steps that were from manually logged activities, use of your phone's GPS tracking or from 3rd party apps do not count towards badges.
