not seeing friends as before on the dashboard

I am finding it extremely annoying to not see my friends' status on the dashboard as it has been since I started with you all over 5 years ago-- to click every time on friends to pop it open is useless, I might as well be watching my own steps and miles without the positive influence of seeing where friends are at as a stimulus to go the extra!

This was not an intended change. It is a bug and fitbit are working to correct it. Keep an eye on the following thread which has their updates on progress:
