"Please enter a valid year" / "You must be 18"

I am trying to change my personal info and cannot do so without adding in my DOB.  When I add it, I get either the above messages.  It won't recognize that 1974 DOES make me over 18yrs old... ... 😉

HELP!!

Does anyone from the company monitor this site and respond to questions?  Is there another place I should post this?

Hey there @CaroQC2 good to see you here with us. 

I'm sorry to hear you encounter this issue while adding your date of birth. In order to better assist you, can you confirm if you are using the app or are you using the pc dashboard? If possible, can you share a screenshot? 

In the mean time let's try to do the following:

• Attempt to change your DOB with another browser 
• Try clearing the cache and cookies of your actual browser and try to do it again

Quite something... it doesn't work in the app, but for a different reason!!  I can't save by DOB without adding my height.  But it won't let me save my height without adding my DOB.

@CaroQC2 Thanks for your screenshots. This is very odd. Not sure what is going on. 

As a workaround can you try updating your height on your computer and see if updates on the app? Then see if you can update the birth date on the app?

Unfortunately, that doesn't work.  It will not let me update my height on the computer without also updating my DOB, which does not work.
