steps still from yesterday

My steps from yesterday still on.have taken battery out twice still working

Hi there @SunsetRunner its great to see new members around the forums! So it seems that your Zip is not resetting itself at midnight, even after you tried to restart it by taking out the battery for 10 seconds and put it back, right? If so, let me suggest you to please make sure you have the correct timezone setting on your Fitbit account.

Thank you did have to phone customer support it as set itself this morning. Did find the community forum very helpful in few things and I'm sure if my zip plays up again I'll have some ideas what to try

Thanks for getting back to me @SunsetRunner! Oh! so, your Zip is working fine again right? the data is again resetting at midnight as it should. Robot wink Sounds awesome.
