Charge 6 heart rate wonky

I just got a charge 6 for Christmas and twice now randomly it shoots my heart rate at almost 220 doing nothing but heading to bed. It did it again last night. It makes me wonder how accurate it actually checks heart rate has anyone else had this issu...
