ECG on Sens 2 in NZ?

I can no longer use the ECG function on my Sense 2 in New Zealand. Has that function be deactivated there?It was working until recently. now when I try to install it will not complete.

Resolved! This may more like a bug then a feature :)

When riding a motor cycle with my FitBit Sense2, it continues to count number of steps rapidly though I am not taking any steps, just riding a motor cycle.  Within 30 minutes for ride, it accumulated 8K steps Is this something which can be fixed?
