2 fitbits on one smartphone and ipaf

I added a Charge2 to my smart phone and IPad for my husband. Now my dashboard is different.it doesn’t track my husbands sleep and the stats are inter mixed. Is it because it’s the same email? What should I do? ThaNed.

Unfortunately we can't share a fitbit account. As you say all the data gets merged together and it can only hold one setting for age, height, weight etc

 

What you need to do is set up a new fitbit account for your husband using a different email address. Then add his Charge 2 as though it were a brand new device. It will then reassign it from your account to his.
