20 mins of exercise, 109 avg bpm, no active minutes?

As in the subject line, for the last day or so I'm not getting active minutes when I should.  Took a brisk walk earlier.  11 minutes of exercise, no active minutes.  I thought ok... that's awfully close the 10 minute "cutoff" to record active minutes, I'll have to hit the treadmill later.  Jumped on the treadmill, pumped up the speed and started marching along.  Stayed on for 20 minutes.  My fitbit recorded exercise as a 20 minute walk, 109 avg bpm, 1,313 steps, 82 calories burned, no active minutes.  I put my fitbit on the charger and rebooted it, logged out of and back into the app on my iPhone, synched again, still no active minutes.

Hello and welcome @DawnSeven

I understand that your Fitbit Tracker is failing to give you active minutes data. You didn’t mention which Fitbit Tracker you have. No worries. I really think you should perform a restart on your Fitbit Tacker to see if that resolves the problem. You will not lose any data doing this. Look here to see how you properly restart your Fitbit: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

😃 Please let me know if restarting your Fitbit resolves the issue. If indeed it does could you please tap the “Choose as Best Answer” box under my post? Doing so helps others who come here to find answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it!
