4.15 update

Not getting any help from Fitbit when 4.15 update came out I was forced to update my watch was reset to factory settings and forced me to install the update to use my watch 

after the update and install the watch dosent function properly the screen stays on draining the battery in less than a day when before the update my battery would last at least 5 days 

I also can’t swipe to access any other apps on the watch 

so this is obviously a software issue with the 4.15 update and Fitbit has no fix all they keep pointing to is the watch is out of warranty I need to buy a new one 

if you don’t fix the software I will not be buying a new one seems like fraud to me screw up the software and force you to pay for a new one 

fitbit has fallen so far from such a reputable customer focused company that it’s sad
