I have a iPhone X. Ever since the last update of the Fitbit app, my heart rate is no longer showing in the app (resting heart rate is still showing), all day sync and call notification are not working. When I try to turn all day sync on, I get the following message: "Bluetooth Pairing Required - Your Charge 2 and your iPhone need to be paired before you can use this feature." They are already paired. Having said that, I clicked on "Set Up" and it looks like its trying to do something, and ultimately I get this message "Bluetooth Pairing Failed - Call Notifications and All-Day Sync are disabled for now."
I have restarted my phone, turned bluetooth off and on, logged out of the app and back in. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
