5500 miles Badge not received

Hi, 

I am a big fan of the badges but I have yet to receive my latest badge despite reaching it. I counted my yearly miles since I started using Fitbit in 2019 and have surpassed 5,500 miles but I have not received the Great Wall badge. I would like to know how to receive it and to make sure I don’t encounter this issue again. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

@IanMcLellan512 Does your Fitbit dashboard show you at 5500 miles? Can you provide a screenshot?
