7 days never all showing on iPhone or iPad

My wife and I both have charge 2's and we both have the same problem. The 7 day graphic and some supporting data on the dashboard never shows all 7 days of the week even though this is set to 7 days starting Monday.  Usually get only 3 at most even though we sync regularly.  They are all there when logging in but not when syncing.  Tried resetting and other suggestions on your site and installed your many updates but nothing works. .

Maybe Fitbit instead of releasing more and more products would focus on getting their software in order as evidenced by the thousands of queries and problems on these forums. Can’t be that hard to record and sync this data but Fitbit seem to make a real mess of it.  Most frustrating.

@chriskay  I moved your post to this forum as is seems to be more of an app issue and not a device issue.

Can you post a screen shot of one of the pages you are seeing?  It might help us find an answer for you.

My Fitbit is set to start on Sunday for 7 days and it is now Thursday so presume I should see 4 days on dashboard. However iPad dashboard only shows 3 of 7 days not 4 even though it has been regularly synced Maybe this only shows days when you have exceeded your target?

Thanks for looking at this

@chriskay  I am not sure which graphic and supporting data you are referring to.  I don't use all the available tiles, but the only one on the main dashboard that keeps up with the days of the week is the Exercise tile -- if set for 7 days.  You must get some type of exercise credit for it to change.

If this is not what you are talking about, please explain in more detail -- and that screen shot will really help.

No worries I think we have worked it out. Yes it is the 7 sided exercise tile. We thought it showed when you have exercised but of course it only shows when you have met or exceeded your target.
Thanks
