Active days not updating on app

I’ve completed all active days apart from one and the app is only showing 2 days completed.  It doesn’t appear to have logged it correctly for the last few weeks ☹️

Thanks for the information provided. I understand how motivating is to see your data correctly logged in the Fitbit app, so let's work on this together. Just to confirm, by "active days" do you refer to the exercise tile, or is the Hourly Activity tile the one not updating? Are the rest of your stats (steps, distance, calories, etc) syncing correctly? If possible, please take a screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it in your reply, this way I can taker a deeper look.

If you've not done so, I'd recommend to log out from your account, verify if the Fitbit app is updatedforce quit the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in and sync one more time to get your information updated.
