I did my active hourly steps per hour today. They are showing up on my watch but not the app. It is showing 11 of 12 on the app and 12 of 12 of my watch. Super frustrating as this happens a lot. Not happy with Fitbit at all

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand how you are feeling about this situation and recommend to manually sync your tracker: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
If the issue persists, please try the following:
1. Go to Fitbit app > account > Daily Activity > Hourly Activity Goal, and change it to a different time.
2. Force sync the device.
3. Restart the phone and your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Go back to the Hour Activity Goal settings and update it to the preferred time.
5. Force sync it again.
