I’m unable to change my active hours window for five pm to 3 or 4 am... it won’t allow anything past midnight

@TCB1973 thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community! At the moment this isn't an option yet. I recommend making your voice heard in the Feature Suggestion board. I've found this specific idea: Allow night shift reminders to move. I encourage you to add your feedback and to vote for it. This board is being constantly reviewed by our devs and engineers.
