Whenever I sync my phone with my Inspire HR the active minutes will come up and then automatically reset to zero. The active minutes are logged in the Fitbit device but not the app. It will only appear next day in the history records.
Best AnswerI had this problem with HR Charge 3 for over a month. Support said to update. I thought dashboard info said I was updated. But then I went to App Store under “my purchases.” And there was an update to install. I did. And shocking news. It is 100% fixed and now syncing perfectly.
