Got my Fitbit alto for Christmas, not rating it at all, I go to the gym 5 days a week and work hard whilst there,
today Iv been to the gym and my fit bit tells me Iv done just 9 active minutes,
also I was sat in a car for 2 and half hours then a plane for 2 hours and my Fitbit tells me I burnt more calories that day than the day after when I had been to the gym,
does anyone have any idea and thoughts on this

Hello @Zosco, thanks for joining the Community, it's great to have you on board! ![]()
It seems very odd that your tracker is not counting your Active Minutes accurately. In this particular case I would like to suggest to Restart your tracker and restart your phone. Then monitor it for the next 24 hours while exercising to check if the Alta is tracking your activity.
Please remember that Fitbit also calculates the calories you burn when you're resting based on your BMR. This calories might represent up to half of the calories you burn everyday, depending on your activity and the data entered when registered your account.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a tray and keep me posted in case you need anything else! ![]()
