I just got an iPhone 7 and while I did download my Fitbit I have been unable to download the activity tracker (the one with the different colored circles for different activities - which perhaps is why I have been able to pair with my apple warch). Any suggestions?  Thank you. Adrian

Hello @spi, thanks for joining us, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community! Smiley Happy

Currently, the Apple Watch is unable to be linked to the Fitbit app, only Fitbit trackers which is why you haven't been able to pair it. However, it is possible to set up your iPhone as a tracker by using MobileTrack on the Fitbit app.

To set up MobileTrack:

  1. Open the Fitbit app
  2. Tap on the Account tab and then on + Set up a Device
  3. On the list, select MobileTrack.
  4.  Follow the onscreen instructions to finish.

MobileTrack uses the sensors on your phone to count steps and distance, based on this information and your BMR, it will calculate calories as well.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
