Activity and steps not showing in app since latest update

My steps are not showing on my Fitbit since the update.  I have no activity. I tried to add them back and pushed the bottom and did no see a bottom on the screen. It is gone. I am so mad.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have already tried to edit the Dashboard but the tiles are not showing to be added. Usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app and it's not showing as hidden is because your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:

 

  • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

Please note that if this has happened recently, your information from previous days will still be available as Fitbit trackers can store up to 7 days of detailed information and 30 days of general information.
