New to Fitbit … my Apple Watch died and I decided to come to Fitbit for a change - so far the adjustment is going well with the exception of the activity hour range. I’ve adjusted it to be 6am-8pm and each day it seems to revert back to 9/5 which I suppose is system default … is this normal or am I missing a step? Appreciate the guidance

Hello & welcome @Andie65 ,
The Fitbit app is supposed to keep the Hourly Move hours when you make a change. It shouldn't return to the default, 9-5, on a daily basis.
Although it sounds like you just recently started using a Fitbit, please try uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app on your mobile device. This method was worked for many users when they were having problems setting up their Hourly Move hours
Please let us know if this fixed your schedule.

How do you SAVE your selected active hours and avoid having it default back to 9-5 every time the app closes / this is so frustrating - considering returning and going back to Apple

Hi @Andie65 I merged your posts to a single thread to help keep things organized. I use an iPhone, too, and dealt with the same issue. I know you are new to Fitbit, but there are three different paths where you can change your reminders to move hours. I think Fitbit is in the process of changing some iOS pages (they can be different from Android pages).
Please try this. Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app, then your Charge 6 tile. Scroll down to Fitbit reminders and alerts and tap on it. Tap on Reminders to move and change them there. Just a warning. I changed mine to try and reproduce your issue. It took me four times to change them back.
I also moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for this topic.
