I can no longer see my Fitbit activity log on my iPhone. It has reset itself and is showing calories but the history is showing the same number of calories used each day which doesn't equate to my activity. It's like I just bought it but I can't even see where I might reset it to sync activity. The Fitbit has logged activity today but it's not transferred to the phone. I haven't changed anything and have had the Fitbit for almost two years. Any ideas how I can get my activity back? For today and historically? Thank you

Hello @Yogafran, I hope you're doing well, it's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your online Dashboard and check if all your information and activities are showing here. Sometimes it's possible for the app not to load updated information about your stats, in which case I would like to suggest the following:
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I am having the same issue. I had already cleared out my app history and shut done my phone prior to checking the blog posts. I saw your post and am not thrilled at the idea of reregistering my Fitbit. But thanks for the suggestion.
