Activity not showing in the app

My app is not showing activity, either by tracking or adding manually. It allows me to add but then disappears after synching.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Restarted the phone with no success.

Please, make sure you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, try to perform the following steps: 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
