Activity tiles flipping order

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This morning, I noted that within the activity section of the home screen, that the active hours and distance tiles reversed order. Normally they display in the following series of tiles steps, active hours, distance and calories this morning, they displayed as steps, distance, active hours, and calories. This is similar to a recurring issue with the exercise session information tile reversing with the zone minutes tile. I am using version 4.03 and an iPhone SE third generation with the most current app software. I have dictated this on my iPhone, and use the apples screen reading software . It is frustrating to have ties reversing order as a blind user who relies on consistency and order in my daily life.

since my last posting, I have updated to Fitbit version for Dodd 04 and iOS version 17.1.0 this morning I noted that the active hours tile and the distance tile within the activity section of the iOS application on my iPhone order. This has been an issue with Fitbit iOS application prior to the 4.00 introduction. I believed that the change in format customization options with the new version was an attempt to correct the problem with tiles flipping order. It is apparent that it did not correct the tile flipping issue  and that it created considerable frustration within the Fitbit user community. I am a blind user and have dictated this on my iPhone, and hope that you will be able to understand my ramblings.

Both of the issues the one posted yesterday and this one existed in version 4.03 and have not been corrected in version 4.04. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings. This morning, while reviewing information in the activity section of the Fitbit iOS app, I noted that tiles had flipped again. Normally it would read exercise days, followed by an exercise session, and then zone minutes. Today it showed exercise days, followed by zone minutes, and then followed by the exercise session I had just completed.both of the issues the one posted yesterday and this one existed in version 4.03 and have not been corrected in version 4.04. I have dictated this on my iPhone and hope you will be able to understand my ramblings.

Another tile flipping example just occurred. Within the health section of the home screen, the tile identified his heart changed positions. I am having difficulty figuring out how to explain. It’s relocation on the health page other than to say that it was the next to the last tile Before wait on my screen, and now it has moved near the beginning of the health information. I thought I had lost the heart rate information because it had not been where I expected it to be, but after synchronizing the home screen and swiping through the health information I finally located , the heart tile. This is the third example of tiles flipping position randomly, and I assume later it will return to the original position on the home screen.

The issues of tiles flipping continues inversion 4.06 of the Fitbit iOS application. Over the past week I have noted that active hours and distance within the activity section have flipped order multiple times. Also, within the activity section I have noted that active minutes And exercise session information have flipped. Within the health section, the heart rate has again flipped position as described above. Also, new is within the activity section that exercise days is incorrect. Yesterday I had completed six days of meeting my exercise goals, and it had reported five days today I have reached seven days of completing my exercise goal and it  Reads six days completed after clicking on exercise days and looking at this weeks information I have found that the information for Monday has been removed. Yesterday I noted that I had received the correct number of days then it dropped from 6 to 5 days and then it returned to six days and later  Reported five days. This happened in September when I received exercise day information that in some cases showed, I had exercise more than 24 hours in a one day period and more than seven days of exercise within a one week. Period. This problem goes back to when I was using a charge to, and a charge for  And continues now that I have migrated to the charge five. I am a blind user using an iPhone SE third generation running 17.1.2 Fitbit version 4.06 and Apple‘s voice over screen reading software that I might be able to access my data on my iPhone.  Hope you can understand my ramblings and know that I have never seen the screen on my tracking devices or on my iPhone.
