After iOS update

After I did my iOS update my versa screen won’t show BUT I can see what is going on in my app. Has anyone else had this issue?

😃 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I see this is your first post and your having trouble with your Fitbit Versa. Let’s see if restarting your Versa will resolve the issue. You will not lose your Fitbit data doing this.

Heres how:

  1. For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

I’ve tried and retried, if it is restarting I can’t see it, but as mentioned before it is keeping track in my app. I also feel vibrations when I get a notification, just can’t see a thing not even my time😕

Im really sorry restarting your Fitbit tracker didn’t resolve your issue. I really think your best course of action next would be to call Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
