Alarm not working FitBit HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For the past few days I have been having a problem with my alarm not going off. I make sure my FitBit syncs, pick the alarm, watch it sync again, but then in the morning it will either not go off and in the app say it's now going to go off tomorrow or it is still green but didn't actually go off. I just had this happen where my alarm was set for 7:45 today, it didn't go off, I went into the app and watched it change from "today" to "tomorrow" and then turn itself off.

Any ideas how I can fix this? I really enjoy the silent alarms and would like to continue using them.

Sorry about the problems you are having, @Morgan_dorothyD. I understand the frustration because I use various alarms throughout the day. Have you tried restarting your device? This can solve a myriad of problems. Instructions are Here. Do it 2 or 3 times. If this does not work, you should contact Support

Check and see if you did what I did.  With the new update, I didn't realise you can hold the button down to instantly turn off and on notifications with my new Charge 2.  I'm sure with the old version and with my ChargeHR it was a stopwatch.

I found this on the community here, looked at my tracker and silly me, yes I'd accidentally turned notifications off.  I turned it back on and now my morning alarm works again.

Hello @Morgan_dorothyD, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board! It's nice to see you around too @SunsetRunner and @SunsetRunner. Smiley Happy

@Morgan_dorothyD, as @SunsetRunner mentioned, please restart your tracker a couple of times and then try to set up an alarm again, remember that these alarms are only set up to be activated once by default, if you want the alarm to repeat, tap on the alarm and choose the days you want the alarm to be repeated. Be sure to sync your tracker after setting up the alarms.

Additionally, as @SunsetRunner pointed out, the Do Not Disturb mode might affect the alarms but please note that this is only for Charge 2.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
