Alarm set to never repeat, repeats weekly

When I set an alarm to never repeat, it does not delete itself and ends up repeating a week later.

Since when are you experiencing this issue? Have you tried setting up the alarm using the online Dashboard? If so, it seems the app is not updating the information correctly which doesn't remove the alarms set for Never Repeat. My suggestion at the moment would be logging out from the app, restarting your phone and logging back in. Then set up an alarm and keep an eye on it to see if it repeats once again.

I have had issues with setting multiple alarms since I have had my Alta (March 2016). This particular issue started about a month or more ago.

I have reset my tracker multiple times and tested again. I also received a replacement tracker in that time period for multiple issues I was having but the alarm issue still persists.

I have not tried setting the alarms through the online dashboard, just the app.

I will try your suggestions and follow-up.

I tried both setting an alarm from the online dashboard and logging out of the app and restarting my phone and then setting a new alarm.

While it has not been a week, I cannot say for sure but it seems that the issue will persist because after the alarm has gone off, when I return to the settings in the app the alarm that was supposed to never repeat is still there, shows that it is on and says that it is set to go off tomorrow. This is the same way it has behaved in the past when it goes off weekly.

This is the same issue I've been having for months. I've posted here about it but I never get a solution. I just posted again in case I can finally get an answer. It's very annoying.

I have this same issue. Unless I remember to log in and turn it off myself it keeps repeating
