Alta HR disconnecting from the Bluetooth on my phone.

My new Alta HR keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and I suspect info I view in the app is incorrect. The real time bpm are not visible and the resting bpm have been stuck on the same number for a few days. I use an iPhone SE. Have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. Will be returning to the store where this watch was bought and will be purchasing something else. Very disappointing.

Hello @ahhhuh, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know you have already tried some troubleshooting steps. Please note that your Alta HR does not sync through the Bluetooth in your phone but through the Fitbit app. If you feel the information showing in the app is not correct, I would like to suggest you the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Go to the Fitbit app and enable All-day Sync by going to Account > Alta HR. All-day Sync will establish a new Bluetooth connection with your phone.
  3. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
  4. Sync your Alta HR again and check if your current heart rate is showing in the heart rate tile.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
