My new Alta HR keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and I suspect info I view in the app is incorrect. The real time bpm are not visible and the resting bpm have been stuck on the same number for a few days. I use an iPhone SE. Have tried all the suggested fixes and nothing works. Will be returning to the store where this watch was bought and will be purchasing something else. Very disappointing.

Please note that your Alta HR does not sync through the Bluetooth in your phone but through the Fitbit app. If you feel the information showing in the app is not correct, I would like to suggest you the following:
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
