Hi. Thank you for this advise. I did follow the steps and even did a brand new account set up and I still only get phone calls. I text notifications.
In the Fitbit app the text and calls are both turned on. What else can I check? Is the Fitbit compatible with the iPhone X ?
Ugh. Just so frustrating. Thanks for any help. Amy.

Hello @majara and @Mygirl13, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply. Smiley Happy

@majara, I appreciate you have shared your experience and let us know that after getting an iPhone 8 your issue seems to have been resolved, I'm very glad.

@Mygirl13, I appreciate you have already tried the troubleshooting steps provided earlier. Please note the iPhone X is listed as a compatible device. At this moment, I would like to gather some information from you so we can check this further:

  • OS version running on your phone.
  • Tracker version (go to Account > your tracker to get it)
  • App version installed on your phone (go to Account > Help to get it)
  • Exact list of troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
