I have followed all the trouble shooting for the fitbit HR- but it is still not showing my text message alerts. Is there maybe something I'm missing or haven't tried yet?

My phone is a iPhone 6plus

I’m having the same issue. I also have a Alta and it stopped showering by my text messages suddenly. I did not change anything so I am baffled!
