I am not receiving my text or call notifications on my fitbit alta hr. I have an iphone 7 amd this just started yesterday. I did all the trouble shooting as mentioned in previous blogs. This is very frustrating! Why is this feature not working!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know you've already tried some troubleshooting steps. At this moment I would like to suggest you to go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and Settings > Notifications > Messages and make sure the following is enabled:
