I recently got a replacement Alta hr. I deleted my old Alta hr from the app but now when I open the app, my Account Icon is no longer visible. I deleted the app and re-installed it but nothing has changed. On the screen it says www.fitbit.com/setup but when I click on the link it takes me to the app and I am not given any options for setting up a new device.
My new alta hr is charging now.
How can I get my iPhone 6S to find my new device?
