Yesterday, I noticed that my Alta was no longer connected to my iphone 6 (it happens from time to time). I tried to connect with bluetooth multiple times and it was not successful. I restarted my phone and tried again. No success.
My bluetooth is working as I was able to connect to other bluetooth devices (my headphones).
I went into my Fitbit App and deleted the past fitbit I had, restarted and tried again. No success.
I deleted my Alta from the Fitbit App, restarted my phone - and still no success.
It's not even showing up as a discoverable device in my Bluetooth settings!
Please help! It's the holidays and busy season for me and I use the fitbit for text message and call alerts!!

Hi, @KK86, you have to connect the Alta via the Fitbit app and not directly through Blue Tooth settings. As you have deleted the Alta from your Fitbit app, have you added it back in? If it is not showing in your Fitbit app, then go to Account and scroll down to find "set up a new device" and follow the instructions there.

@KK86 That is strange. The following steps should help you with re-pairing your Alta back to your Fitbit account:
1. Temporarily disable your Bluetooth headphones on your iOS settings. There is a known Bluetooth limitation where you might experience interruptions if you manage multiple Bluetooth connections. Click here for more information.
3. Reboot your iOS device.
4. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
5. Use the replacement setup process mentioned here to re-pair your tracker to your account.
This should get you back on track, but please keep me posted if you need any additional assistance.
